What to do about grease?

With more than 30 food locations, grease was a major area for us to improve upon

Our challenges were how to: – remove mobile buckets or carts from public pathways?– ensure consistent participation by tenants?– Implement consistently, but over time?

Our planning process resulted in our committing to the Frontline Collection System for all PDX fryer’s.
