THE 24” LANDSCAPE ENCLOSURE

Armagard Hardware

The Air Curtain ™ - Directing a constant flow of air across an installed display, the Armagard Air-Curtain reduces damage

from heat build, direct sunlight and freezing conditions, optimising the window for clarity, promotion efficiency and increasing

display lifespan.

Internal Heating – Stops your screen from freezing over in winter, Internal Heaters maintain the optimum level of warmth

within the enclosure, increasing the average air temperature to sustain display longevity.

Dual Security Locks – Fitted with two key security locks, locking bar and anti-torsion bolts, Armagard placement security

offers piece-of-mind for units left in unmanned locations.

Anti-Reflective – Available in either glass or polycarbonate, anti-reflective windows reduce glare and surrounding light

reflections, presenting a clear and accurate image when in direct sunlight. (Note: Glare can never be fully removed, to reduce glare

to its lowest level, we recommend an anti-reflective glass with a 1% reflection rating, over a polycarbonate of 8%)

Toughened Windows – Available in glass or polycarbonate, Armagard toughened windows carry unique high-strength

properties, making them ideal for busy or vandal prone areas.

Closed Cell Insulation – Improving thermal performance, Armagard’s 25mm low temperature insulation eliminates any

thermal bridges and improves energy efficiency throughout the enclosure.

Plenum Chambers – Allows the enclosure to be fully jet washed while allowing a filtered air-flow to transfer heat away,

Plenum Chambers prevent any water from entering the unit and damaging the display

that’s 20x stronger than glass, the security shield is

fitted with dual key locks and is a great cost efficient

unit for areas with lots of daily activity.

Floor standing and available for a 32” and 42” screens, the Armagard Retail Totem creates

a unique and distinct impression, utilising moving and static images that maximize the

advertising potential for point-of-sale areas.

Integrated with a customer supplied display with the VESA mounting system, the Retail Totem

easily matches the aesthetic design of your business, with removable front and back panels that

can be personalised with product images.

Printed front and back panels can be printed by local print shops, Armagard printing services are priced and quoted based on the

Offering superb transparency and ideal for outdoor locations, Armagard glass offers premium results

for both digital signage and advertising requirements. Maintaining the same anti-reflective properties

as toughened glass; laminated screens use a protective film that stops any shards of glass breaking

away during a smash.

4. THE AIR CURTAIN ™

Reduces Heat Damage | Increases Air Circulation

Used in hot and cold environments, the Armagard air curtain projects a continuous flow of air across the

display using integrated fans to direct precise air flow. Preventing damage from freezing and direct

sunlight, the air curtain removes a build-up of humid and dense air, increasing display longevity and

optimising clarity for advertising performance.

Quiet and available across all outdoor models, the air-curtain is controlled by an automatic thermostat that’s

programmed (by the owner) to switch on at a specific temperature; however fan quantity depends on unit size.

6. PLENUM CHAMBERS

Watertight Against Jet Wash-Downs | Sealed to IP65

Fundamental for outdoor locations and unpredictable weather, Armagard plenum chambers protect

against heavy rainfall, jet-wash cleaning, remaining watertight and preventing any ingress of liquids

or water that could damage the display.

Located on the upper corners of an enclosure, plenum chambers come fitted and require no additional

attention unless damaged.

5. INTERNAL HEATING

Hardware Won’t Freeze Over | Continuous Content Even in Cold Climates Used in cold climates to increase the average air temperature and prevent hardware from freezing over,

the internal heater maintains the optimum level of warmth to sustain display efficiency and is a standard

component for outdoor models in environments of -30°C.

7. INSULATION - 25mm

Long-Term Improved Energy Performance | Stable Temperatures | Increases Display

Used in cold climate models for improving thermal performance within cavity air spaces, Armagard’s low

temperature insulation is applied to an enclosures interior wall and finished with a silicon sealant,

eliminating thermal bridges and improving temperature efficiency throughout the enclosure.

Light weight and available for all outdoor enclosures, Armagard’s insulation consists of a foil-faced, 25mm

closed-cell foam, reducing the formation of ice crystals and suitable for temperatures as low as -30°C.

Extreme Weather Safeguard | Operates to Specific Guidelines

Used to switch-off the display in excessively low or high temperatures do avoid damage, the automatic

thermostat is suited for areas that see excessive or unpredictable changes of extreme weather.

For displays that have to be fixed above eye level, Armagards 15° Degree wall mounts are designed to

reduce glare and present an improved viewing angle for the audience.

10. AIR CONDITIONING

Reduces Display and Hardware Overheating | Ideal for Hot and Dry Environments

For locations that experience very high and humid temperatures, Armagard air conditioning is used

in our enclosures to manage conditions of up to +30°C, helping to prevent overheating and keep

your promotions running.

Specification

Shipped separately to avoid any transportation damage, air conditioning units are fitted to the back of an

enclosure, however customers must carefully follow instructions to fit and setup the unit, provided separately

with the enclosure and air-con unit.
