Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren
Die dritte Patient Data Management System (PDMS) Konferenz findet am kommenden 21. August im Universitätsspital Inselspital in Bern statt und wird von der Universitätsklinik für Anästhesiologie und Schmerztherapie in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Departement Technik und Informatik der Berner Fachhochschule organisiert.
An den vergangenen PDMS Konferenzen wurden die wirtschaftlichen Aspekte, die Machbarkeit und die Benutzerfreundlichkeit diskutiert. Dieses Jahr werden die Hauptthemen «Sicherheit und Risiken», «Datenanalyse» und «Interoperabilität/Entscheidungshilfe» sein.
Die Referate werden von IT-Fachleuten, Klinikern und Biomedizininforma-tikern aus den USA, Europa und der Schweiz gehalten. Die Vorträge werden simultan Deutsch – Englisch übersetzt. In der Industrieausstellung werden die neusten Entwicklungen präsentiert.
Die PDMS Konferenz 2015 bietet Benutzern, IT-Fachleuten und PDMS- Anbietern eine einzigartige Plattform, sich auszutauschen und zu vernetzen. Es würde uns sehr freuen, wenn wir Sie im August in Bern zu dieser Konfe-renz begrüssen dürften.

Ladies and Gentlemen
The third Swiss Patient Data Management System (PDMS) conference occurs on August 21, 2015 at the University Hospital «Inselspital» in Berne and is organized by the University Clinic for Anaesthesiology and Pain Medecine in collaboration with the Berne University of Applied Sciences, Department for Engineering and Information Technology.
In previous conferences we have discussed aspects of economics, feasibility and usability. This year’s conference themes include «security and risks», «data analysis» and «interoperability / decision support».
The faculty includes information scientists, clinicians und bio-medical informaticists from the US, Europe and Switzerland. The program includes lectures and workshops and presentations will be translated simul-taneously in German and English. An industry exhibit will provide insights into the latest developments.
This PDMS conference offers a unique platform for networking and exchanging information among users, information scientists and PDMS suppliers. We would like to invite you to this event and hope to wel-come you in August in Bern.
