About TPMA
TPMA is known as the “Tennessee Personnel Management Association” and is
the official Tennessee Chapter of the International Public Management
Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR).
Chapter Objectives
1. To provide a forum for persons engaged in public personnel
administration to discuss their current problems and to provide a
medium for their mutual self-improvement;
2. To implement the objectives and programs of the International
Public Management Association for Human Resources within the
chapter area;
3. To explain and interpret the objectives and methods of personnel
administration to the general public, civic groups, government
officials and employees;
4. To encourage and facilitate cooperative action among public
jurisdictions and private employees within the chapter area on
personnel problems of mutual concern; and
5. To provide educational opportunities for the membership to further
the objectives of the Chapter in the form of conferences, seminars and
regional meetings.

Who Should Exhibit?
You will reach a receptive audience of public sector HR professionals
(representing local, state and federal levels of government) if you manufacture,
represent, distribute, or sell products/services in the following categories:
The Tennessee Personnel Management Association Annual Membership and Training Conference is part of TPMA’s overall mission to provide a forum for HR professionals to discuss current issues and provide educational opportunities to the membership. About a hundred personnel professionals from across the state of Tennessee will be coming to Cool Springs to participate in this educational program, work sessions, and recreational activities. Attendees will represent a unique cross-section of personnel professionals from the public sector. These are the people who make personnel decisions for their organization and agencies including HR Directors, City Recorders and City Managers. We have arranged the conference program to allow attendees considerable interaction with the exhibitors. The breaks and continental breakfast area will be located in the exhibit space.

honored with a full refund. 50% refunds will be made if cancelled between March 15th, 2018 and April 1, 2018. No

Jim Dillard Golf Tournament
Forrest Crossing Golf Course is located just 20 minutes south of Nashville. The golf course features scenic views of the Harpeth River which winds alongside 15 of the 18 holes. Forrest Crossing's signature hole is #9, a 361 yard par 4 which features an island green. #16 and #18 are ranked as two of the best and challenging holes in the state by local media. With four sets of tees the course offers a challenge to golfers of all skill sets. The practice facility is a large 8 acre driving range with 20 stalls, a designated chipping area, putting green, and sand bunker. It has water and club cleaners and is open year round. In the summer of 2006, Forrest Crossing completely renovated the greens, installing Champion Greens on each hole. This greens' renovation help put Forrest Crossing at the top of every golfer's list of favorite courses in Nashville. Forrest Crossing also offers a 200 seat grill room. The grill menu offers and array of options and features two 50" plasma High Definition T.V.s. A patio overlooking the course offers one of the best views in town. Come experience Forrest Crossing and see why it is one of Nashville's best courses. Tee time 1:00 p.m., meet at 12:30 p.m. to receive scorecards, rules and instructions in the clubhouse at the course which is located at: 750 Riverside Dr. Franklin, TN. Cost is $50.00 per person which includes beverage and snacks. Awards will be presented at the conference.

Shipping Policies:
1) All packages sent should be labeled as listed above. 2) The hotel asks that shipments arrive no more than (3) days prior to the meeting or event. Shipments received
earlier than (3) days prior will be assessed a $25.00 per day storage fee. 3) Hotel will provide delivery to the event location on the date of set-up. The Registered Guest/Exhibitor will be
