Individual site assessments

A revised proposal for 13 homes, including 4 affordable homes, has been made by Vicarage Park Ltd on the southern part of the site. The reduced scale of the proposal does not sufficiently ameliorate the adverse impacts of development here to make it acceptable. Moreover, the site of the new proposal is not divided from the remainder of the area by natural features and further development across the rest of the site would be very likely to follow. The whole 2.2 ha site could accommodate up to around 50-60 dwellings and the assessment has been carried out for the site as a whole
