Heat oven to 400˚F. Spray 12 medium muffin cups with no-stick cooking spray or line with paper baking cups. Combine dry ingredients; mix well. Add combined milk, molasses, oil and egg whites; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in raisins. Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 1 dozen.For Banana Bran Muffins: Omit raisins; reduce milk to 2/3 cup. Substitute 1 cup mashed ripe banana (about 2 medium) for raisins.
