• FT-NIR can detect mean fat globule size
• This test ensures that LSM homogenizer is working well.
• Common analyzers are based on FT-IR and can’t provide such a test capability
• Homogenizer valve of LSM can be changed easily by customer• Raw milk
• Homogenized raw milk (LSM)• In-sufficient homogenized raw milk,
