Deepak Fasteners Limited (DFL) warrants that these products conform to industry standards specified herein and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is expressly given in lieu of any and all other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and in lieu of any other obligation on our part of DFL will at its option, repair or replace free of charge (excluding all shipping and handling costs) any products which have not been subject to misuse, abuse, or modification and which in its sole determination were not manufactured in compliance with the warranty given above.

The remedy provided herein shall be the exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty or any claim arising in any way out of the manufacture, sale or use of these products. In no event shall Deepak Fasteners be liable for consequential, incidental or any other damages of any nature whatsoever except those specifically provided herein for any breach of warranty or any claim arising in any way of the manufacture, sale or use of these products. No other person is authorised by Deepak Fasteners to give any other warranty, written or oral, pertaining to the products.

Note

Surface Finish : All the products, unless otherwise ordered, are supplied in black thermal finish with a coat of rust preventive oil.

Packing : All products are supplied in standard packing as described in respective price tables. For sizes M6 (1/4) and above 3% extra packing charges will be applicable if the order quantity is less than one carton.

Plating No guarantee can be given for DFL products which are plated by users or by outside plates, : who may not have considered hydrogen embrittlement problem.

The company accepts no responsibility for orders booked by the company's salesman or representatives, till it is confirmed in writing by the company.

All offers for delivery from stocks are subject to goods remaining unsold at the time of receipt of order. For forward delivery, dates are given without any guarantee and no responsibility can be accepted by the company for delay in delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond the company's control.

When products are forged to customer's drawings and / or specifications , the responsibility to ensure that these do not result in infringement of any patent or trademark will lie entirely with customer concerned and the customer will be solely responsible for the consequence in case of any such infringement.

Wrong dispatches should be notified to the company within 15days from the date of receipt of goods and the Company's consent should be obtained in writing before return of such goods.

Direct Tension Indicator

The UNBRAKO Arc Welding Stud also known as shear connector is used in the construction of tall

buildings, bridges and steel structures. The drawn-arc process produces a full cross-sectional weld

forming a bond that is greater than the surrounding material. It improves the strength of the structure.

Reinforcing bar couplers or coupler splicing connection, is a threaded sleeve that guarantees an ultimate tensile
