Process capabilities include supply of electrical steel,laser cutting of laminates, tool building, punching, deburringand recoating. Manufacturing of stator frames, building ofcomplete stators/rotors and testing of machines before dispatchare also covered.

offers a full range of non-oriented fully processedelectrical steels, all manufactured to the highestquality standards.
Grades between 0.35 mm and 1.00 mm thickare typically used in rotating machines of all sizes,but also in small transformers and a variety ofother electromagnetic applications.
The product range also includes thingauge NO grades, which offer the superiorperformance required for high frequencyapplications. HP-grades for applicationswhere improved permeability is of importanceare also available.

is a machine shop in Västerås, Sweden, producing punching tools, fixtures and advanced geometry components.We have a wide know-how that covers well whata mechanical work shop can do, and beyond. We supply electrical steel laminations for motors and generators.The majority goes for hydro applications.We design and build tools for our production.Through a recent acquisition Råbe Tooling has turned intoa one-stop shop: we now run the stamping production!The production also includes varnishing and a cell forwelding of ventilation ducts.
