Prior to mounting it is important to check if the vehicle is equipped for the mounting of Alloy Wheels, which havea larger disc thickness than steel.

It is important to assure that:

1 The spigot base on the hub measures minimum 10mm on single fitment.2 The spigot base on the hub for dual fitment is long enough for the outer wheel disc to partially engage

(no less than 5mm excluding the bevelled edges).

MOUNTING TYPE ‘A’ The torque forged alloy wheels can be mounted following the ISO standard 4107 (see picture A).

The length of the studs from the hub face corresponds at minimum to the sum of the nut lengthand the wheel disc thickness – according to DIN 74361, part 3.

MOUNTING TYPE ‘B’ If a vehicle is not equipped for the mounting of alloy wheels and the user wants to avoid changing the bolts then, as an alternative, the following solution may be applied (see picture B).

1 Sleeve nuts M22 x 1.5, 7/8“-11 BSF or 7/8“-14 UNF.

2 Wheels with larger bolt holes (B = Ø 32 mm). By means of the extended thread within the sleeve of the nut,optimised thread engagement and precise fitting will be achieved.
