Situational Leadership Model. Paulo was also trained by Dr. Gerald Zaltman’s team at Harvard Business School, known for the development of Zaltman Metaphor Elicitation Technique. Paulo started in Brazil through Mindroads – the company that pioneered the implementation of Neuroscience applied to Marketing and Communications strategies in Brazil.

With over 10 years experience as Behavior Designer he gives lectures in Universities, Congress, Workshops and International Organizations about Human Behavior and the importance of understanding emotions in the decision making and changing process. Well-versed in current and upcoming technologies, Paulo writes on the topics of leadership and marketing for magazines, newspapers, blogs, fan pages, and Twitter—with more than 1,000 social media followers.

Paulo holds a Business degree from Getulio Vargas Foundation Business School and a Public Relations and Organizational Communication degree from Casper Libero Foundation.
