Overnight Lodging – Specialized Vehicle Parking Requirements
iDowntown District (DX-): Amends Section 7.1.3.A.1. of the
Part 10A Raleigh UnifieDevelopment Ordinance, Specialized Vehicle
Parking Requirements – Downtown District (DX), to reduce the amount
of required parking for Overnight Lodging uses in the DX
district.
The Planning Commission referred this item from their March 22,
2015 agenda.
Short Term Residential Lodging Facility: Amends Sections
6.1.4, 6.4.6 and 12.2
of the Part 10A Unified Development Ordinance to include a
category for “Short Term
Residential Lodging” within the table of permitted uses wherein
it would be listed as aLimited Use in all Residential Districts and
most Mixed-Use Districts, with a specifiedset of Use Standards
along with defining the use. Additionally, it may amend Section
6.2.2.B.1 to modify the definition of “Boardinghouse”.
Council referred this item back to the Planning Commission in
