How do I receive/collect and pay for my order???
Orders can be posted through the Post Office counter-counter
for a fee of R40. Complete payment of the order including
delivery charges is required upfront via EFT.
Don’t want to pay delivery charges???
Not a problem, you can place your order with any of our reps and arrange a meeting with them to collect your order. Payment
can be done on collection. We have reps in PMB, DUR and PTA.

2. A deposit of 100% of the value of the items ordered can be requested. All
goods remain the property of Props and Collectibles until paid for in full.
3. Should the order be cancelled by the client the deposit will not be refunded.
4. Should the order be cancelled by Props and Collectibles the full deposit will
be refunded.
5. No returns or refunds after items have been received.
6. Clients are liable to pay postage charges or delivery charges if applicable.
7. Alternate delivery methods can be discussed on ordering of items.
8. Errors and omissions excepted in the catalogue.
9. Account details for payment can be requested on ordering of items.
10. Clients will be subject to the current terms and conditions at the time of the
order please refer to the Props & Collectibles Facebook page for the latest T’s
