Schneider PB Elite ProgramSchneider Electric India welcomes you to an exclusive loyalty program forElite Panel Builders called the “ PB Elite”. In this program, you will earn bene�ts in the form of rewards for using more Schneider Electric range of energy, PQ metering and PFC Products for your customers.

Bene�ts of participating:As an exclusive and registered member in the Panel Builder Program, th participants will have the below mentioned privileges Attractive incentive & rewards Regular updates on product / offering 25 bonus points on early registrations

Points Calculations For every approved INR 1000 (exclusive VAT, veri�ed and approved), the points will be credited on the basis of the AB classi�cation of the SKU

The Points to be allocated as per the SKUs, AB classi�cation provided by Schneider Electric. “A” being premium products and “B” being entry level Products. The System will identify all SKUs as either A, B. The Points for each cluster will be as below A category : For every approved INR 1000 : 1.20 points B Category : For every approved INR 1000 : 1 point

01. Schneider PB Elite Program is offered to Key Panel Builders.

02. Only registered and approved Panel Builders of India can Participate in the program.

03. The reward points are valid only on purchase of genuine Schneider Electric-Meters & Capacitors.

04. Panel Builders need to buy Meters & Capacitors from authorised distributor of Schneider Electric only. In case, products are purchased from Non-authorized channel, invoices uploaded may stand invalid.

05. Points are categorized in to categories: a. Un-cleared points: Awarded for each sale reported by the Panel Builders b. Cleared points: Un-cleared points will be converted into Cleared points only once the program center has validated the sale made by the Panel Builders.

06. Panel Builders can only earn points against the eligible products as mentioned in the program website.

07. Program bene-ts are not transferable and points earned cannot be shared between the registered members.

08. Neither Schneider Electric India nor its subsidiaries or agencies will be held responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible promotional materials or typographical or other errors in printing or advertising of materials.

09. The images shown in the online reward catalogue may differ from the actual product.

10. Registered Panel Builders are responsible for all applicable taxes (if any).

11. All products are available without this promotion.

12. Bene�ts can neither be exchanged for cash under any circumstances

13. The claim has to be made to PB Elite Program Center and will be considered only once you have enough cleared points available for redemptions.

14. Schneider Electric India has the right to ask for furnishing the true copies of the invoices for the product purchased by the Panel Builders.

15. Schneider Electric India reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue the program at any given point of time without assigning any reason(s) for the same.

16. All products featured in the rewards catalog are subject to availability of the goods and supplier warranties restrictions at the time of redemption. Schneider Electric India nor its managing agency provides no warranty

17. Schneider Electric India or its managing agency reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any reward at any time without any prior notice.

18. Redemption request once given cannot be cancelled or withdrawn or changed. On redemption, the rewards points would automatically be subtracted from the accumulated balance.

19. Computation of the reward mechanics shall be �nal, conclusive and binding on the participating Panel Builders and will not be liable to be disputed or questioned.

20. The participating partners have to ensure that they furnish information in its true form and any wrongly (whether expressly or implied) whatsoever with respect to the product/services acquired under the rewards program. represented information will result in permanent disquali�cation, from the program and schemes run by Schneider Electric India.

21. All disputes will be settled under the Bangalore jurisdiction.
