PAYROLL OFFICER - PART TIME (22.5 HOURS PER WEEK) Based in Ross-on-Wye YOUR ROLE The successful candidate will: Run the monthly payrolls for Ross-on-Wye, Sales Offices and salaried Plant employees including RAUmedic; Act as backup for running the monthly payroll for the Plants‘ hourly employees, as and when required; Be responsible for the OM side of SAP HR - creating new positions, making relevant changes, etc for Ross-on-Wye, Sales Offices, Plants and Scandic locations; Act as backup for the SAP Key User role ie SAP maintenance testing etc, as and when required; Be the single point of contact and administration for Medicash, Healthshield PHC and REHAU Rewards (non-plant employees); Administer the process of buying and selling holidays - on an annual basis; Handle Life Assurance renewal data review in conjunction with the nominated contact in the UK Finance Department; Carry out the Expenses Policy review in conjunction with the nominated contact in the UK Finance Department - on an annual basis; Carry out the Vehicle Allowances data review (sales and non-sales employees) in conjunction with the nominated contact in the UK Finance Department - on an annual basis; Mileage rates data review (with and without vehicle allowances) in conjunction with the nominated contact in the UK Finance Department - on an annual basis; Private Medical Insurance renewal in conjunction with the nominated contact in the UK Finance & Purchasing Departments. YOUR PROFILE The successful candidate will have: Previous extensive experience of end-to-end payroll processing; Excellent MS Office skills; Previous working knowledge of SAP (advantageous); Excellent communication skills; Strong analytical skills; Good attention to detail; Good organisational and time management skills; Strong interpersonal skills; The ability to multi task. The 22.5 hour week may be flexible: it can be 4.5 hours per day or 3 full days. Most importantly of all, the payroll processing has to be completed on time every month. YOUR ROLE

The successful candidate will:• Run the monthly payrolls for Ross-on-Wye, Sales Offices and salaried
