Step 3: Scroll down the page to see your local office contact information as well as online buttons to pay rent, request maintenance, and email us. Select the “Pay Rent” button to continue to the payment portal.

How to Setup Auto Pay

After the payment portal displays, select “Click here to register.”

Step 5:

Fill in the following details to register for a payment account. The information needs to be exactly the same as when you completed the application for leasing your home.

• Choose your desired password.

• Select your security question and answer.

• Select the checkbox confirming you are not a robot.

• Occasionally, an image preview will appear. Follow the directions from the caption to continue.

• Review the terms and conditions. You must accept the terms and conditions to continue the registration process.

• Once all fields are complete, select the register button.

Step 6:

Verify your account through the registered email address. Click the link on the confirmation email to verify your account and open the resident payment portal login.

Step 7:

Log in with your email and password and click “Authenticate User.”

Congratulations, your resident payment account is created!

To add a bank account, credit card, or debit card select the “Payments Account” tab and click the “Add Bank Accounts,” “Add Credit Cards,” or “Add Debit Cards,” button.

Enter the required information for bank account processing and click the “save” button.

Enter the required information for credit card account processing and click the “save” button.

Step 7:

To Make a One Time Payment, select the “Make Payments” tab or “Pay Now” button and select to pay by credit card or bank account.

Step 8:

The One-Time Payment screen with charges and fees for the month will display. Scroll to the bottom and select payment account and click the next button. Accept terms and condition and submit your payment.

Select the “Auto-pay Setup” tab to set up recurring payments.

Step 2:

Select the account, start date, end date, payment day, and click next.

Each resident responsible for payment will be issued a Walk-In Payments System account number. Account numbers must be presented during each transaction to ensure a secure payment to the correct account.

Q: How do I pay my rent with a Walk-In Payments System account number?A: Take your Walk-In Payments System account number to the customer service center of a participating location. Present your account number and cash payment at the participating location – you will need to know the amount due and include any additional fees owed at the time of the transaction. Your Walk-In Payments System account number must be presented at time of payment to ensure secure and proper payment to correct account. Proof of payment will be provided upon completion. A government issued photo identification document may be required at some locations.

Q: How do I find additional participating locations?A: Go to checkfreepay.com/agentlocator. In the “Please select Biller” drop-down menu, select WIPS Rent Payments and enter your zip code and type in the user authentication code displayed on the screen to see a list of participating locations in your area.
