Hay Group continues to extend our reach across the Middle East to get the most robust oil and gas compensation and benefits information currently available. Since 2011, we have seen an average of 14 percent in regional database growth through annual survey participation.

The market is still developing and drastic changes and continuous salary increases for the short term are expected as more and more jobs become available in the market.
