Originally established as an IT consultancy firm in 1999, Pauwels Consulting

has gradually evolved into a cross-industry recruitment expert with a main

focus on recruiting top talents in the Engineering, Life Sciences and IT

industries. At Pauwels Consulting we target long term partnerships with

Since 1999, Pauwels Consulting has recruit-ed hundreds of employees, most of whom are active in Life Sciences, Engineering and IT. In addition, we have gradually expanded our services in industries as diverse as the Financial Services, Petro-chemical, Construction, Manufacturing, Logistics and FMCG industries. With of-fices in Belgium, Switzerland, France and Germany we are able to service our cli-ents internationally with a local footprint.

1. Together we identify your needs

First we meet at your office to identify your company culture, needs and require-ments. In this stage we thoroughly define the required knowledge, skillset, exper-tise and competences of the employee you are looking for. Subsequently we draft a job description and we polish this description until it matches your needs.

2. Proactive quest for the right candidate

As soon as you agree on the job descrip-tion, and provided that we are not dealing with a confidential position, we publish the job description on our website and a wide range of popular and niche job boards. We assign one or more dedicated recruiters to actively seek and screen candidates. We have face-to-face in-terviews with every single candidate we consider for the job.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE3. Introduction of one or more candidates

We inform you about the profiles and re-sumes of the best candidates. We provide you with additional information regarding each candidate’s personality, reason of interest in the job and their previous work experience. Subsequently you can invite the candidate(s) of your choice for an in-person job interview.

4. You hire the candidate of your choice

If there is a personal and professional match with one or more candidates, we can organize additional assessments to support your choice. Subsequently you can hire the best candidate. If you reach an agreement with the candidate we hand over the candidate to your HR department to complete the hiring process. We will continue to look for the right candidate un-til your needs are met.

5. Compensation and follow-up

We are prepared to work on a No Cure No Pay basis if certain requirements are met. Our standard contract offers you a guarantee period of six months. In addition we follow up closely on both the client and the candidate side.
