patients for Family Planning and STD clinics. Directing them to accountant, waiting area, nurses station, or clinic

rooms. Ordering supplies for copy room and stocking all supplies. In charge of

copies of all pamphlets and leaflets needed for our clients entering our offices for services.

Completely responsible for data entry system (Ahlers) that tracks patient visits coming into our clinic as well as all of their lab results. Entering all data pertaining to patients appointments in the clinics, as well as their lab test results into the Ahlers system for the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
