Halliburton Work Experience

January 2012 – 2015 Responsible for day to day operational issues for Solids control and DWM operations throughout Australia. Equipment included Standard Solids control equipment and specialized technologies including Thermomechanical Cuttings Cleaner (TCC) and bulk transfer systems. The TCC operations are hailed as a great success for EXXON MOBILE on PNG Hides project. My duties include personnel recruitment, finance of the operations, equipment requirements, trouble shooting and all day to day issues. I have been heavily involved with rolling out a new competency program for Halliburton to my team of >30 engineers. My operations periodically expanded to encompass Santos Solids Control services within the Cooper Basin as primary customer contact for that contract which is currently running at seven rigs. Recently I moved into a Service Quality Role supporting Baroid Surface Solutions operations for Australia we are a small team working to improve internal systems to give greater service quality to the client and meet the international standards required. I am responsible for mobilisation and project startup of three Dewatering systems for our client QGC in Queensland I report directly to the Country manager for BSS Baroid Surface Solutions.

Working alongside mud engineers for treatment of the mud and on the drill floor as a senior member of the team.Previous position worked up from Roustabout to Derrickman.
