Having worked in the United Kingdom has provided me with the exposure of a fast-moving online world - in particular to the
Hosting Industry. I'm a passionate Team manager, Project Manager and strategist. I thrive on improving current business while
driving new strategic innovation, Project Management and marketing strategies.
I have an ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and to navigate complex challenges. I am a multi-linguist of technology-
driven businesses: I speak fluent data centre, trainer, cloud computing and difficult client. I love making new professional

Working within the Professional Services Team:
Supporting Sales team to deliver complete Bid Responses, scoping and planning out Project activities from initiation to
Project Closure.
Responsible for the planning and delivery of projects into Rackspace Data Centres including traditional Managed OS (Linux
and Windows) environments, Open Cloud, Private Cloud (OpenStack), Hybrid (Private and Open Cloud), Transition (P2V,
V2Vs) and Transformation projects.
Working with Service Delivery Teams to successfully on board new customers in line with project timescales to ensure
go-live dates can be supported and customer support requirements are met.
Supported Presales cycle working with client, technical and account teams to accurately scope and plan projects as part
of the bid response team.
Planned and Delivered Hosting Projects fully Managed by Rackspace, Linux and Windows Server Solutions, Dedicated
(Private) Cloud, Open (Public) Cloud, WAN deployments, Transition and Transformation Projects (Lift and Shift, P2V and
V2V) into Rackspace Data Centres.
