HISTORY OF EMPLOYMENT

July 2015 - PresentInvisalign Territory Manager at Promed

The Company: Align Technology is a global medical device company with industry-leading innovative

products such as Invisalign clear aligners, iTero Intraoral scanners, that help dental professionals deliver effective, cutting-edge dental options to their patients.

Invisalign is a Clear, removable orthodontic-treatment option for straightening teeth based on the doctor’s treatment plan, using 3D modelling software that the doctor can adjust and the patient can view to see their end result.

Roles and Responsibilities: My territory is half of Ireland including North Dublin across to Sligo and all the counties

above including Northern Ireland. I manage all the Orthodontic practices and Dental practices including specialist groups of

orthodontists that focus on Invisalign. My role is to increase Invisalign treatments in my area using a consultative sales approach,

find and recruit new doctors in my territory to become Invisalign providers and also reengage with existing doctors that have stopped submitting.

I am responsible for the whole sales pipeline from training staff in practices to clinical and marketing training.

Achievements: I have increased year on year cases by 30% this year and reached my projected targets for

2016 I have been in the top 5 Territory Managers for the UK and Ireland in April based on number of treatments for that month.

I have grown the number of doctors trained and submitting in my territory by 10%.

July 2014 – July 2015Sales and Support Manager Europe at iM3 DentalThe Company:

iM3, who are a rapidly expanding Dental Equipment company in the Veterinary Market,

Roles and Responsibilities: My Area was half of Europe including France, Benelux, Sweden, Poland, Switzerland,

Turkey and, Greece to name but a few. I was responsible for finding new Business Partners and also support any issues that may arise

with Dental machines, X-Ray Generators, X-Ray Scanners etc. I am also responsible for solving Software issues with the medical equipment I sell. I have implemented business strategies to increase sales growth in many markets across

Europe. My other responsibilities include maintaining current relationships with my distributors and

also attending Exhibitions throughout Europe and further to Promote the brand. Results: During my time at iM3 I have reached my quarterly sales revenue targets of 45,000 and hit

my bonuses also I have signed up new partners in 2 new markets including Switzerland which was ranked in the top 5 markets at my departure based on orders and revenue.

April 2010 – July 2014HTCThe Company:

HTC is an innovative technology company that has a history of firsts in mobile telecoms industry and has been one of the most innovative companies in the industry.

Senior Training Manager for HTC Ireland April 2010 – July 2014Role and Responsibilities:

Training and demoing of new products to staff of all the mobile phone operators in Ireland in stores call centres and also head office.

Working with the head of sales and also the marketing manager on all campaigns to roll out strategic training for devices to give maximum traction for launch of new products.

Attending quarterly meetings in the UK office to present current effectiveness of launched campaigns also go through the device roadmap with sales and marketing and produce training plans for new products to roll out in line with the above the line marketing campaigns.

Results: 2011 highest NPS score in Europe Highest annual profits in Ireland each year that I was with the company Implemented plan to reduce traveling around and visit 20% of the highest performing stores

in my territory to increase training and in turn increased sales.

HTC Specialist Administrator Ireland November 2013 – July 2014HTC Specialist is an online eLearning platform for retail store staff, they learn about HTC devices and get points for doing so, they can then trade in points for prizes from the online storeRole:

I was responsible for the management of HTC Ireland’s retail training portal, including the delivery of e-learning as well as community management strategic campaigns.

Working closely with the marketing and sales team to put together a roadmap of training for Retail Sales People incentives and prizes to launch alongside ATL campaigns and product launches.

Also responsible for quarterly budgets and implementing methods to spend this on prizes for

the store to keep the RSPs engaged and frequently visiting the training portal.

June 2007 – April 2010The Carphone Warehouse.Sales ConsultantThe Company:

The Carphone Warehouse sell all mobile phones on all the different networks in Ireland making them to go to shop for independent advice on best deals and pricing in the market.

Roles and Responsibilities: Till procedures, checking and signing off on contracts. Presenting customers with a solution to their mobile and home communication requirements. Familiarizing myself with all the latest technology before it is released, this includes Mobile

Phones, Laptop Computers and Broadband. Banking and ordering stock.

Results: During mobile phone training at CPW head office I approached the head of HTC Ireland and started negotiations

to create a role for me as the HTC Training manager for Ireland. This then expanded to 3 Training Managers in Ireland from the initial role I created.

Aug 2003 – June 2006Arnotts.About the Company:

Arnotts is Ireland’s oldest and largest department store.

Roles and Responsibilities: Sales Consultant in Linen Dept Sales Advisor in Sports Shoes Dept Worked in Arnotts through my third Level academic years. Till operator, helping customers with their purchasing decisions. Cashing up at the end of the day.

Results:Part of a Customer Service training pilot scheme Achieved level 5 Fetac Award in Customer Service that was presented by taoiseach Bertie Ahern.

Sport: I love to run! It is what I do to relieve stress and get better focus. I love to just run, not care about pace or distance, just enjoy the moment and take in the scenery around me. I have completed 3 marathons and many half and 10K races.
