As Founder, President, COO and Chief Innovation Officer, Dr. Boulos is responsible for the company’s strategic vision

and leads the development and growth of Innovyze’s global wet infrastructure software technology portfolio. Under his

leadership, the firm has enjoyed remarkable growth (revenue CAGR of 29%) becoming one of the most recognized and

respected brands in the water industry. Innovyze now commands a global market share that could well be greater than

that of all major legacy competitors combined. Since its inception in May 1996, Innovyze has had an uninterrupted

twenty-year run of double-digit profitability (EBBITA CAGR of 33%, reaching 34% of MWH Global profits), with the

highest operating profit and EBBITA margins (over 60% of net and gross revenue) and ROI (over 400%) in the annals

of the AEC industry and a record low DSO (30 days). Innovyze clients include ten of the top ten ENR Water and

Dr. Boulos is a President and a Director of MWH Global, one of the world’s leading environmental engineering firms,

with more than 7,000 employees in 35 countries and annual revenues exceeding $1.4 billion. The company has long been

considered one of the world’s top three experts on power, water and wastewater issues. Dr. Boulos has held numerous

positions during his tenure with MWH Global, including president, senior vice president, vice president, corporate

director of intellectual property, corporate water department manager, technical director, and project manager on several

From July 2009 to June 2011, he served as President of MWH ME with offices throughout the Middle East and North

Africa. During his two-year tenure, against the backdrop of a challenging economic environment, Dr. Boulos opened a

new regional office in Dubai, achieved successful settlement of all legacy problems, favorably settled doubtful debts,

instituted rigorous risk management and compliance programs, established strong commercial and project disciplines,

consistently generated positive cash flow from operations and eliminated internal borrowing, improved AR collection

and reduced DSO by 57% to an all-time record low, raised both backlog and time utilization to record highs, and returned

the company to solid growth and profitability. He also built strong relationships with key major clients and developed

alliances and partnerships with other large engineering firms to win critical contracts; established a balanced geographic

Taught courses in fluid mechanics, mechanics of liquid flow in pipes, and engineering hydraulics, as well as short courses

in advanced computer-assisted water distribution network modeling and Engineer in Training (EIT) reviews. Managed a

diverse number of funded research and consulting projects, and developed several widely used state-of-the-art computer

programs for pipe distribution network analysis, including KYPIPED.
