Patriot Village Gated Estates, Rental Apartments, will consist of 300 Monolithic concrete and basalt rebar construction. Basalt is made from volcanic rock and is three times stronger then steel and ten times lighter and will never corrode. Solar hot water systems, solar panels for LED lighting and many more energy e�cient materials and products will be incorporated. There will be approximately 300 domes all 50 foot diameter by 25 feet high (as shown), for approximately 900 hundred Veterans and families consisting of four-plex one bedroom two bathrooms with a loft above, a tri-plex two bedroom three bathroom with a loft above and single family four bedroom, three bathrooms with a loft above and an attached single car garage. All units will have impact hurricane windows and doors. Management, Pools/Spa/Recreation, Training and Medical Domes will be on site. Walking, bicycle and running paths around entire project and many more activities will be available.
