Coordinated with contacts at customers to ensure highest quality product to ensure repeat business. Reason for leaving: A&E lost major BMW account, laid off 40% of it’s staff, myself included. Was planning to stay at A&E the rest of my career. Mar 2012 - Dec 2012 Tenneco Automotive, Hartwell, GA Electrical Engineer Worked first as apprentice to lead Electrical Engineer, then became lead after he left the company. recommendation for more challenging and career developmental reasons, as well as significantly more salary and benefits.

Feb 2008 - Dec 2008 Hickory Auto Group, Hickory, NCLine Tech/Service Writer Started off as a lube tech doing oil changes, tire rotations, tire mounting, alignments, and

other simple repairs. Within a few months was asked to move into a service writer position where I remained for

the rest of my time with HAG. Maintained customer relationships to help drive sales for parts and service. Filled in as dealership porter when needed. Helped to manage workloads for each mechanic to maximize productivity when possible. Reason for leaving: Dealership closed suddenly, was laid off.
