I want to impact the world around me by helping others grow in self-esteem and gratitude, and inspiring them to give generously of their time to improve the world around them.

Objective:

Life is too much of a gift for the majority of my time to be spent on just a list of check-boxes.

Helping others and improving the world around me is just so much more.

It’s like the difference between a cheap cup of instant coffee and the deep rich taste of freshly brewed coffee – every day for the rest of your life.

Life-Long Learning. Every day I intentionally pursue ways to grow in knowledge about myself and the world around me, and ask questions that help me to understand others perceptions better so that I can learn from them.

Gratitude. I am thankful for the gift of relationships with other people, and for my many blessings.

Generosity. I try to focus each interaction with other people on “What can I do for them?” irregardless of whether or not I have or am getting what I need from them.

Leadership Ethics

• My actions are the visible manifestations of my values.

• Gratitude is the most important component of a healthy relationship with other people.

• Leadership is a service and my team members are more important than the leader.
