Renter’s InsuranceDid you know that insurance policies carried by the community do not insure your personal property? Could you afford to replace all your belongings? Most people can’t, so we strongly recommend you invest in a renter’s policy to protect your belongings. It is very affordable and the monthly premiums usually cost about as much as a large pizza. It is definitely worth it. Call your insurance agent for more information.

Patios/Balconies/BreezewaysWith spring fast approaching, now would

be a great time for everyone to clean up their patios and balconies. We would also like to

remind everyone that breezeways are not to be used for storing bikes or other miscellaneous items. Trash

should be taken to the dumpsters immediately and not placed outside of doorways. Thanks for your assistance in

helping to keep our community looking great!

Grillin’ & Chillin’Warm weather just invites you outside to grill. Just a reminder to not grill on patios or balconies. Bring your grill into the open, or better yet use our provided grills for your enjoyment!

Be Pet SmartEveryone is enjoying the warmer weather – even our pets. Please remember to be a responsible pet owner. Keep your pets on a leash and clean up after them so we can all enjoy the community grounds.
