Patient Care Representative (Front Office) Patient Care Representatives (PCRs) are the face of Gwinnett Clinic. Patient Care Representatives strive to make patients feel welcome, and
work with the team to provide patients with the best possible care. This is a general list of duties and responsibilities and is subject to change
per needs of the clinic at any time. A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn with prior experience in primary care are preferred! General Expectations

Patient Care Responsibilities • Answering Phone • Schedule Appointments • Patient messages (during office hours and machine) • Check-‐In and Check-‐Out • New Patient Forms and Paperwork • Established Patient Forms and Paperwork • Insurance Verification • Chart Filing / Medical Records
