1. If you are born here, you are a natural-born citizen.

2. You can become a naturalized citizen. This means that you go through a process to become a citizen just like the people born here.

The US History and Civics test is an oral exam. The applicant does not have a copy of the test. Instead, the interviewer asks them questions verbally.

They have to answer 6 out of the 10 questions accurately.
