EXTRA SERVICE: Sabre Hunter: “The deteriorating law and order situation in the country and its

implication on the security and well-being of our clients need no elaboration. Under such a

situation not only the personnel/systems deployed to provide security to staff members and

buildings/premises should perform at optimal levels, they should also be effectively monitored.

Any mechanism designed to monitor the performance of the deployed resources should also be

able to respond to an emergency situation should it arise. To accomplish both, i.e. the efficient

round the clock monitoring and effective response in the shortest time possible in the event of an

emergency, SMS has formed a combined mobile monitoring and response team called the Sabre

Hunter group that is deployed in Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi. These teams not only perform

the task of effectively monitoring the company’s guard force deployed at all locations but are also

capable of responding to emergency situations in the bare minimum time. This force has been

FIR AND PURSUIT OF TRIALS

The RCS has legal experts associated for subject discipline and fulfilled its contractual obligation to best satisfaction of clients. The following contractual deeds with Engro Urea were satisfactorily handled:

POLICE CLEARANCE OF FOREIGNERS

RCS utilises its expertise in collecting requisite documents, coordination with special police, guiding and escorting

foreigners, provision of full protocol at entry and exit points through its Meet and Greet Services, close protection

through SMS and WPPL ad any other service so desired by the Principal. Time is of the essence as dignitaries

have to travel to various cities/destinations in a stipulated time.

-Fake product detection service

-There are certain groups of people who are manufacturing, producing and supplying second rate replicas of

original quality products. This is detrimental to health environment and ruining image and reputation of country's

reliable brands. This is also a cause of dejection for foreign investors. These vendors also cause grievance to

govt, entrepreneurs and investors in terms of taxes and foreign exchange. RCS, Fake product detection cell

provides solutions: investigations, surveys, monitoring and vigilance to locate and identify such manufacturers

and suppliers. RCS facilitates raid arrangements with law enforcement agencies and liases with print media on

national basis. RCS leads this market.

- In 1999, RCS signed up a contract with Pakistan Tobacco Company to provide Fake Detection Services for their product "Gold Leaf", on countrywide basis.

In 2000, RCS entered an agreement with Universal Trading Corporation, distributors for imported brand [OLIO SASSO] for similar detection services.

- In 2007, accepted the challenge of tracking the counterfeit brand [PLAVIX] by Sanofi Aventis, was available in

different Medical Stores/Pharmacies at Faisalabad and Lahore. The quality of investigation was greatly appreciated by the largest insurance company of the UK.

-In 2014, DuPont and RCS discussed the matter of Brand Infringement as DuPont suspected that their trademarks

are being used on fake/substandard products in Pakistan. RCS was given contract to investigate: "The aim of the

investigation was to obtain information and evidence on the source/manufacturer of the woven labels bearing the DuPont trademarks Kevlar/Nomex/Dupont, priority Kevlar.

countrywide monitoring and interdiction of manufacturers and distributors of fake Gold Leaf and Red &White
