Where We AreRegionally – GCC:Head office located in Dubai. For many, the UAE is considered the financial and

commercial hub of the Arabian Gulf. Fusion is strategically placed here to service the regional offices of many multi-national businesses.

From Dubai, Fusion manages business opportunities for the UAE and Oman and co-ordinates their business solutions for the rest of the GCC & Middle East.

Internationally – Europe:In Q4 2005, Fusion established a business in London. With more than 600,000

visitors to the UAE each year, there are significant opportunities to cross-refer business, between Northern European and the GCC.

In Q4 2005, Fusion also joined the Lotus Network. A pan-European tourism marketing consultancy. Due to the excellent flight connections and strong links between Europe, Russia and the GCC, the Lotus Network provides plenty of opportunities for the cross-referral of business

Destination Marketing ExpertiseOman Tourism: - Representation in the GCC from 2004-2005

1. Fusion was appointed to increase tourist arrivals to Oman by three million people over three years.

2. In the first year, the visitor numbers doubled, with more than 600,000 extra GCC visitors to the Sultanate.

3. Fusion, indirectly supported the development of business from the GCC for Oman Air and supported the growth of their business by more than 30%.

4. PR activities realised a return on investment of 15-1 on every $ spent

An Integration Solution

Fusion’s integrated marketing and PR solution for the representation of PATA, offers the following components.

A full representation service – Fusion will run a GCC & Middle East based in Dubai.

Fusion will market PATA membership and services through one-on-one sales calls, & road shows in key markets with the trade and media. Fusion will also bring trade delegations to the PATA Annual Conference.

Building Brand Awareness Tactics:

1. Sponsor Asia section of Travel trade title, promoting PATA membership, PATA travel tips through editorial

2. Strong Media relations – promote PATA activities and distribute press releases

3. Attend regional travel related conferences and exhibitions. Promote PATA membership. We suggest ATM and the new reed mice show in Abu Dhabi.

4. Host an industry dinner with senior management last quarter 2006 in association with new PATA member Jumeriah group and DTCM.

5. Monthly programme of sales calls to sell membership to airlines, governments, airports, hotel groups, tour operators and travel agencies in the region

6. Relationship meetings with key pata member airlines and tourism organisations with representation in Dubai for cross promotion/ attendance at their events

7. Speaking opportunities at local travel industry or business events or gatherings

Membership DevelopmentTactics:

1. Regional sales drive with one on one sales & phone calls to key industry partners. Target Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, UAE, Saudi Arabia & Qatar as phase 1.

2. Profile PATA working with Asia Pacific carriers / hoteliers and participating at the work shop / events

3. Regular contact and meetings as appropriate with level A members in the region – ie Governments/airlines/main hotel groups

PATA Travel MartTactics:

1. Research, approach and sign up trade buyers for PATA Travel Mart in September.

2. Accompany the buyers to the show and follow up post event to ensure satisfaction

3. Identify partner airline for PATA Travel Martto fly trade from the region to Hong Kong to avoid payment by delegate

FEES AND REMUNEARTION

• Fusion would propose a retained relationship with a 3 year contract term

• Renewable each year based on performance with 3 months notice period on either side

• Yearly budget $80,000 plus agreed expenses for the middle east region for management time and office representation for a campaign plan

• Option for middle east and European region through Fusion with lotus European member support for each specific market $140,000

• Option for commission on membership sales to be confirmed
