I have been a member of the Irish Institute of Training
Development (formerly IPM) for over 35years.
Throughout my career I have successfully completed a wide range
of training courses including;principles of systematic training,
learning methodologies, principles of assessment of
vocationaltraining and quality assurance in vocational
training.

institute in Ireland to receive this award.
I have also spoken on a number of occasions at International
conferences, most recently on the topicof Social Inclusion in
Sydney, Australia.
