I help individuals and groups discover their purpose, build their dreams, and live

I've spent more than 20 years in the field of

education, with 18 years in management. As a

Certified Program Planner (CPP, LERN) and

Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Personal Coach, I

can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote

speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and

professional growth. Working together, I will move

you and/or your team or organization in the desired

direction to reach your goals.

My life-purpose to help others excel and live

successful and fulfilled lives led me to join the John

Maxwell team. With extensive knowledge as an

administrator in Adult Literacy Education, and

having worked as an Independent Educational

Consultant and Trainer (including having serial

home-business entrepreneurial experience), my

successes evolved out of planting seeds of hope in

others. Also, having raised two sons, it taught me

the value of helping people develop and achieve

their potential.

A native of Miami, Florida, born into a family of

seven children, I hold a Masters Degree in

Educational Administration from Campbell

University, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre

from Florida State University, Post-graduate studies

in Mass Communications at California State

University – Fullerton, and Doctoral studies in

Leadership at University of Phoenix.

Since I was a young

girl, I’ve enjoyed

speaking in public. I

gave my first public

performance in

second grade when

I recited the poem

“The Creation”

before the entire

faculty and student

body. It was then

that I first

discovered the

importance of courage and the power of words.

My goal-oriented sessions will “lift you up” so that

you are infused with enthusiasm, innovation, and

passion. Through the use of proven leadership

principles and methods, you will be enriched with
