SAFE AND SACRED In accordance with the bishops of the United States and the requirements of the Diocese of Fresno, all volunteers who have access to children must complete a background check and Safe Environment training course.

This same course, Safe and Sacred, is available for FREE to all parishioners. As Catholics, we are a people who safeguard our greatest treasure—our children—and this course increases our awareness and ability to prevent and protect children from abuse.

Safe and Sacred is a three-part course including Child Abuse, Internet Safety, and Bullying. We highly recommend all adults in the parish to take advantage of this free course! The more we learn, the more we can be part of the solution to the terrible tragedy of child abuse in our society today.
