Password Reset – Forgotten password Cancel Single Sign On pop up box. Click “Forgot your Password” link on main Pecos log in screen and enter your

user name when prompted. This will generate an email to be sent to you with a temporary password. (Email sender is Elcom eProcurement

and not an nhs.net address – please check junk folder if not received) Please ensure you have closed PECOS after requesting the reset email.

From your desktop, click the Single Sign On Icon and select Manage Passwords

Scroll down the systems list on the left and select PECOS_V14 This will then show your log in details on the right – click Edit as shown below

Delete current password and enter the temporary password from the email received in both Password and Confirm Password boxes. (Password can be entered manually or by copy and paste direct from the email. )

Click Ok and Close

Go to Staffnet / Business Systems and log into Pecos as usual Single Sign on will then populate and show as below asking you to set a new password

Select a password that you have not used and enter twice Click Ok

You should then see a message advising your password has been changed successfully Click Back
