CONFIRMATION OF COMPLETED ENTRANCE LOAN COUNSELING AND MASTER PROMISSORY NOTE

Once you complete both Entrance Counseling and your Master Promissory Note, you will print the confirmation

If you do not have a health insurance card, your school will require you to purchase health insurance from

them.
