� Description

Asbestos-free, moulded friction material. It contains thermo-setting

resins, synthetic elastomers, friction modifiers as well as metal and

organic fibres reinforcing the structure.

It interacts well with counterface material and ensures quiet braking

without sparking. The advantage of this material is a stable coefficient of

friction in variable atmospheric conditions, including snowfall.

FR20H.2 has a UIC approval – Code 541-3 – up to 200 km/h.

� Description

Asbestos-free, oil-proof, moulded friction material. It contains resins,

elastomers, friction modifiers and mineral fibres reinforcing its structure.

FR510 does not show aggressiveness to the wheel and ensures quiet

braking without sparking. Lifespan of FR510 brake shoes is several

times longer as compared to cast iron brake shoes. FR510 has high

thermal resistance and stable coefficient of friction in variable

atmospheric conditions.

� Application

Type-LL composite brake shoe for freight cars in S traffic, and for

passenger cars up to 120 kph. Freight cars equipped with FR510 brake

shoes fulfill the requirements of NOI TSI.
