GENERAL NOTES:
INTERNAL
FLOOR COVERINGS:
· All existing vinyl floor finishes to be
removed and replaced with new full body
porcelain tiles.
WALLS:
· All painted walls to be repainted to
specifications.
· Allow for removal of wall tiles in bathrooms
& replace with new.
CEILINGS:
· Patch and repaint all damaged plasterboard
ceilings.
· Repaint all fibre cement ceilings.
SKIRTINGS:
· All timber skirtings to be removed and
replaced with new 100mm high tiled skirting.
CORNICE:
· All damaged 44mmx22mm timber ceiling
cornice to be replaced with new timber
44 x 22mm timber cornices.
WINDOW CILLS:
· All existing internal tiled window cills to be
cleaned.
DOORS & FRAMES:
· All timber external doors to be replaced with
new aluminium doors.
· All dents to door frames to be repaired and
frames repainted.
· All existing varnished timber doors to be
unhung, sanded down, varnished & rehung.

sprayed with weed killer and joints sealed
with cement sand mix.
EXTERNAL WALLS:
· All face brick external walls to be jet cleaned
to remove loose dirt,fungus & moss. Stained
areas to be treated in isolation with cleaning
agent. Brick dressing to be applied
EAVES:
· Exposed timber eaves to be painted with 2
coats of carbolineum wood preservative.
FASCIAS:
· All painted fibre cement fascia boards to be
repainted.
ROOF COVERINGS:
· Concrete roof tiles to be cleaned off loose
dirt, moss and fungus. Fungicide to be
applied to surface of tiles.
