Helloooooooooooooooooooooo Tampa Bay Parrot Heads…….
Where is the year going? It’s December already!!!
First, I am thankful for the members who have stepped up and involved
themselves in different functions and events.
Bev Gilliam for leading the charge in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
JoAnne Elefterion was our lead parrot in Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
Theresa & Terry Henson collecting items for the Troops, First Responders and
Wounded Warriors.
The phlock had a mighty turnout for Sunny Jim at our meeting in Nov.
TBPH have 2 awesome phlocking/meetings planned for December.
Charlie Imes on Dec 7th.
TBPH will also be presenting a donation check to Florida Parrot Rescue.
Rich McGuire will laying down trop rock tunes on Dec 21st.
TBPH will be presenting a donation check to Save the Manatees.
Remember that our Holiday Party (Dec 9th & 10th) will be held in Treasure
Island. See articles here in the newsletter and on Facebook for times/location.
We will have 3 charities we are collecting for:
Toys for Tots – an unwrapped new toy
Animal shelter – pet gift, food
Metropolitan Ministries – canned and non-perishable food

Volunteer of the Year award and Volunteer
Recognition for 2016!
Holiday Table Contest will involve 10 – 15 tables. If
you have a decorating flair and want to participate,
register with Dorothy.

language, alcohol-induced playfulness, and partially-clad bodies are not
unheard of at some TBPH events where members have been known to act
out the lyrics of popular Jimmy Buffett songs. Every member has a choice
to attend or not if they could be offended by these actions."

Activities included Spin-A-Wheel, Pepper
