Using PVC primer, thoroughly clean the connection points onthe pipes and elbows. Then, using PVC cement, connect the various parts as illustrated above.

Drill 1/8” holes every inch or so as illustrated in red(only drill through one side of the pipe, not all the way through)

Using PVC primer, thoroughly clean the connection points of the PVC pipes and elbows. Then, using PVC cement, connect the various parts as illustrated above.

Connect the base of the brewer (holes facing down) to the longer section as illustrated above. Remember to clean and cement the connectionpoint.

Using the rubber hose and any necessary adaptors, attach the air pump to the top end of the brewer with a clamp as illustrated above.

At this stage, your brewer should look like this

Place brewer inside trash barrel. Drill ¼” holes in the side of the barrel and, using screws, attach the 2 spring clips. Mount the brewingmechanism to the spring clips as illustrated above so that the brewer is suspended a few inches off the bottom.

To secure the PVC pipe that will lay across the barrel and suspendthe bag of compost, cut two notches in each side of the pipe asillustrated above. Attach bag of compost to the pipe then lay pipeacross top of barrel.

You’re Done!

Fill the barrel so that the compost bag is completely submerged. Turn on the air pump.
