Local Service Level Agreement Offered

• Informal arrangement based on past experience with

the supplier (Part A & Part B)

• Credit memo is issued separately (Part A & Part B)

• Adjustment is made on the original invoice (Part C)

• Choice of supplier is dependent on individuals and the relationship between repairer and supplier. Good service, consistent quality, availability of parts, accurate parts fulfillment, and adherence to the agreement most influence the choice of supplier.
