GLAMOUR SHOT, rendered in Bunkspeed Hypershot Pro
GLAMOUR SHOTS These are glamour renderings of the final assembly in different and configurations. Rendering procedure: export from Pro/E to *.igs then import to renderer Bunk-speed Hypershot Pro v1.5.
SNAP-FIT, speaker_cover_back.prt attached to speaker_cover_front.prt using snap-fit features.
ELECTRONICS AND INNER EXTRUSIONS, body_back.prt and body_front.prt attach together using 3mm screws. The electronic parts and components are represented as a single undiscriminating red part. The main board is screwed to body_cover_back and the interface board snapped between 2 protrusions.
SPEAKER ATTACHMENT, speaker_cover_back has a protrusion that inserts into the body_cover_front then the speaker_cover_holder attaches to the protrusion and is fixed to it using a screw.
SPEAKER_COVER_HOLDER, speaker_cover_holder not only holds the speaker to the body but also limits the rotation of the speaker to aprox. 180°.
