19. IMPORTANT NOTE – Installing the Manifold / Heating Element Assy to the Motor / Feed Screw Assy is critical to the operation of the unit. The Window of the Manifold should be in the direction of the leads exiting the motor for proper orientation.

20. Even, hand pressure should be used to slowly seat the Manifold / Heating Element Assembly onto the Motor / Feed Screw Assembly.
21. Once seated, lightly tighten 2 screws and 2 Nut/Washer sets 22. Alternately tighten all fasteners to 6.5 inch-pounds.

29. Test Operation of Valve and Lifter Assembly by compressing spring and watching for return action
30. The Inner workings can now be reinstalled to the Upper Housing
31. IMPORTANT NOTE – At this point, wire management and careful installation is important. Wires should be routed to along the outer sides of the Upper Housing. Nothing should be forced into location. Care taken at this step is critical.
32. Begin by aligning the assembly with the Upper Housing. 33. Insure that the Black and Yellow wire which attach to the
Motor Switch are routed on the correct side of the Motor
