Summary Partner Search Procedure
Proposer inserts a new Partner Search (PS) online

The relevant NCP checks the PS and publishes it (or asks for
further information)
Interested partners send EOIs (Expression of interest) to
proposers
Proposers reply to EOIs (using a standard reply form)
PS end of life (either by the proposer or as default on call
