This presentation will guide you through the steps you need to take to register as a user on the Nokia PRM platform.

Registering as a Nokia Partner User
• The PRM platform has tools and resources designed specifically for our valued partners.
• This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of registering for the portal.
• After completing the registration process you will be able to access all the resources that have been created to help you get the most of the Nokia Global Partner Program.

You must use your company email address.

Select your Company Name from the Company Selection box.
If your company is not included in drop-down picklist, please contact [email protected] before completing the registration process.

You will be redirected to this Registration Validation Screen.
Once you see this page, please close your browser and check your inbox for an email from the registration system.
If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your Junk/Spam folder.

CHECK YOUR INBOX
Open the validation email sent by the Registration System.
Click on the Validation Link in the body of the email and enter the code provided.
Please note, this validation email will expire in 5 days.

Enter the validation code from the email, and click Next.

Please confirm all the displayed information is correct.
Create and confirm a password and establish a security question with associated answer.
Click Next.

Please close your browser and check your inbox for a welcome email sent by the Registration System.

Open the Welcome to the Partner Program email sent by the Registration System.
Access to the portal:
This email is a confirmation that your registration is complete and you can now log in to the Partner Portal by following the link in the email.
Access to training:
Your training profile is being created. PLEASE WAIT48 hours to begin your training. If you attempt to begin training before your profile is complete, you will receive an error message.

Log in to the Partner Portal
Go to the following link to login to the Partner Portal https://my-home.alcatel-lucent.com/portal/web/partnerportal
First time access will display two pop-up windows
• One for Cookies acknowledgement
• One for Terms of use acknowledgement

Add the partner portal to your browser favorites Bookmark the PRM URL
1. In Google Chrome click on the star icon
2. In this pop-up you can type in a different name, e.g. Partner Portal and select where the bookmark should be saved – In this case in the Bookmarks bar
3. Click Done
Google Chrome recommended for PRM -supported by Nokia IT
Please use the latest version of Google Chrome. If Google Chrome is not available, please use Mozilla Firefox.
