Cashback is equal to 7.88% of the contribution

Fast Start Bonus To qualify for our 1st Level Fast Start you need
to purchase a Gold Team Partner membership. To qualify for additional Fast Start Bonus levels,

Example Calculation of a Member’s Cashback from Turnover generated by him/her and 1st- and 2nd-
Generation Partners
This is valid only, if you and your team (including players) generate turnover in Sports Betting. In sports
betting, depending on the margin of the betting that has been done in your team in a pay period, the percentages shared will fluctuate. For example, let’s say that of all the bets placed, 90% of what was
bet was returned to the players, and 10% of what was bet was lost. In this case, Lopoca retains that
10% but shares this with the Sports Betting provider with 20% going to the provider and 80% returned to Lopoca to be shared with the members. This 10% is the commission used by Lopoca to
calculate the contribution to margins:

Team Commissions (Points) Gold Team Partners can also earn Team
Commissions. To qualify, you need to be active
with an IQ-Voucher or 1 point per pay period and two qualified partners recruited by you
personally, one in the right team and 1 in the
left team. Lopoca pays this bonus 4 times per month.
The table below gives an overview of the turnover needed to earn points.
At the end of each pay period, Lopoca calculates the turnover from your left team and
your right team. Each time your teams (left and
right combined) generate turnover of 300 points with at least 1/3 (100 points) on the
weaker team side, as a qualified partner you
receive one cycle, and points worth €45.50.
Qualified partners also receive a bonus of
€19.50 for the Nugget Game. Only completed sales and turnover are calculated and paid out.
The ratio of sales in the right and left teams
must be at least 1/3 on the weak team side
If you do not qualify as an active partner with
an IQ-Voucher, you will not be credited any points, and you will lose the points you already
accumulated.
To be active, partners must have an IQ-Voucher
of at least one point every pay period.
For Manager status or higher, there are additional IQ-Voucher qualifications necessary..
If one of your teams (left or right) has earned significantly more points than the other at the
end of an ordinary calendar year, then part of
the total volume of your stronger team that exceeds fifteen (15) times the total of the
weaker team will be flushed. If a Team Partner
registered after the 30th of June of a year, the points will not be flushed until the following
year. At the beginning of the 1st week of the
new calendar year, the part of the volume of the stronger team that exceeds the maximum
will be flushed. The maximum is either fifteen
(15) times the volume than the weaker team has earned in the last 4 pay periods of the
calendar year or 150,000 points, whichever is
greater.
MaxOut: MaxOut affects only points, not the
other ways you can earn winnings in Lopoca’s Partner Programme. As soon as you have
earned the maximum number of 400 cycles in
your position in 4 consecutive pay periods, you will be awarded a new position at bottom of
your stronger team.

The 1/3 to 2/3 rule is extended as shown in example 1 below:
Example 1: The Team Partner has earned 130 points with his/her right team, and 460 points
with his/her left team.
The commission calculation system takes 100
points from the weaker team (in other words,
100 points [⅓ of the 300 points needed for one cycle] of the 130 points earned) and 200 points
from the stronger team, and adds these
together to make 300 points for 1 cycle of that pay period. Points paid that exceed 300 in one
cycle are not wasted; they are carried over to
the next pay period. This means that from the example, the 30 points of the weaker team and
the 260 points of the stronger team are carried
over to the next pay period.
During a pay period, 300 points are paid every
time the commission system can take points
from both teams with at least 1/3 (100 points) on the weaker team side.
Example 2: If a Team Partner has earned 220 points with his/her weaker team and 670 points
with his/her stronger team in one pay period, 2
× 300 points are paid. 2 × 100 points are taken from the weaker team, and 2 × 200 points from
the stronger team. The remaining 20 points of
the weaker team and the remaining 270 points of the stronger team are carried over to the
next pay period.
Gold Club As a Gold Team Partner, you can join the
Lopoca Gold Club by simply referring two people to your team.
To be eligible for this way of earning winnings, you need at least 2 personal enrolments,
including at least one from each of your two
teams (left and right).
As a Gold Club Team Partner you can not only
climb the career ladder, but also take part in the Lopoca Matching Bonus Programme with
up to 4 generations.
Your status in the Gold Club can vary between the highest status you have achieved and your
current status, depending on the qualification
criteria you meet. This means, for example, you may have achieved the Manager status once,
but currently hold Mentor status because you
no longer meet all the criteria to qualify as a Manager. This can happen if one of the
partners personally enrolled by you loses their
qualified status, because they have not maintained their IQ-Voucher order.
Matching Bonus 1st Generation
To earn the 1st generation Matching Bonus,
you need 1 personal point and 4 personally enrolled qualified Gold Team Partners. These
Gold Team Partners must include at least one in
each team (left and right), and the rest may be from either team.
You need a total of 4 personally registered
qualified Gold Team Partners to earn the Matching Bonus.
The 1st generation Matching Bonus is between 2.5% and 10% of the team commission of your
personally enrolled Gold Team Partners,
depending on status in the Gold Club.
2nd Generation
To earn the 2nd generation Matching Bonus, you need 2 personal points and 12 personally
enrolled qualified Gold Team Partners, at least
one of whom must have achieved Gold Club Mentor status. These Gold Team Partners must
include at least one in each team (left and
right), and the rest may be from either team.
You need a total of 12 personally registered
qualified Gold Team Partners, one with Gold Club Mentor status, to receive the Matching
Bonus.
With the 2nd generation Matching Bonus, you
benefit from the Gold Partners you have
registered personally, and also receive 5% of the points of all Gold Team Partners enrolled
by your personally enrolled Gold Team
Partners. The more successful your personally enrolled Gold Team Partners become, the more
you benefit. This team spirit is one of the most

3rd Generation
To receive the 3rd generation Matching Bonus,
you need 4 personal points and 20 personally enrolled qualified Gold Team Partners, at least

Club Manager status and one with Gold Club
Director status, to receive the Matching Bonus.

World Pool If you hold active Gold Club President status,
you automatically become a member of the
World Pool. The World Pool promotes cooperation between different teams in the
company.
As a World Pool member, you are paid a share
of Lopoca’s total global profit. In order to
qualify for World Pool membership, partners must maintain active Gold Club President
status.
Pay periods Payment takes place 4 times per month, as follows:

We need up to 7 days for billing, payment and
inspections for each pay period. After 7 days
you can see your earnings in your personal account. Within 14 days at the end of a pay
period, Lopoca may adjust your earnings as a
result of legally permissible returns or cancellations by your personally enrolled
partners. As a result of this, you will not have
free access to the funds credited to you, until the 14-day period after the end of the pay
period has elapsed. You can then access the
funds and either have them paid out via one of the methods of payment available or use them
in one of Lopoca’s exciting games. As a result
of regulatory requirements, withdrawals via
other methods of payment can only be
performed up to the sum you have paid in.
Larger sums can only be paid out to the bank account you reported when you registered. A withdrawal cannot be requested where the
money deposited has not been used in any games or only a few games. The company
reserves the right to refuse such withdrawals at
its own discretion on the basis of best practice in the prevention of money laundering. The
company can ask a Team Partner/Player for
more information in regard to the requested payout under such circumstances and review its
decisions based on the new information
provided.
How to Get Started You can enrol free of charge with Lopoca’s gaming platform. After you have registered,
with a few clicks at www.lopoca.com you can
explore the way individual games work and even play with virtual money (Play For Fun).
Enrolment gives you your own personal access, and you can log in using your username and
password. Registration is compulsory for all
kinds of games. This is for legal reasons such as minimum age and “Know Your Customer”, and
to enforce Lopoca’s measures to prevent
gambling addiction are successful.
The first time you enter www.lopoca.com, you
must enrol with your personal information,
such as your name, address and date of birth, and state how you wish to pay (or receive
withdrawals).
Personal information must be accompanied by
a copy of your passport and proof of address in
the form of a regular bill (electricity, water mobile phone) or proof of registration.
Players
As a player, you are a customer who can use all
of Lopoca’s products (except the IQ-Game) on
the LOPOCA gaming platform, but not take part in the Partner Programme.
When you register, you will be asked for a referrer. This is the person who has told you
about Lopoca. If you do not state a referrer,
you cannot register with Lopoca.
As a player you receive cashback on your
gaming. This cashback is currently equal to 7.88% of the contribution to margins from
turnover generated by you personally, for one
pay period. If your enroller has chosen to become a member and is therefore part of the
Partner Programme, they receive a direct share
of your turnover.
If you have €50.00 or more credit, you are
entitled to receive a payment of at least €50 and at most the total of your credit.
Withdrawals are made to the bank account stated by you or via another of the methods of
payment offered. Please note that withdrawals
via other methods of payment can only be performed up to the sum you have previously
deposited using that method. Larger sums can
only be paid out to the bank account you reported, for regulatory reasons.
As a player, you can upgrade to a Gold Team Partner at any time and take part in the
Partner Programme.
Gold Team Partner If you would like to become a Team Partner
you are part of Lopoca’s Partner Programme.
This means you are allocated to a specific enroller and are entitled to various types of
earnings.
As a Team Partner you receive your own
cashback and the Fast Start Bonus for your 1st
generation. The cashback is currently equal to 7.88% of the
contribution to margins, from your gaming
turnover, for one pay period paid out as cashback.
The Fast Start Bonus for your 1st generation
represents 4% from the sales.
Gold Team Partner includes the following, for a
one-off payment of €49.00 excl. VAT:

Gold Team Partner entitles you to all earning
possibilities. Your earnings cannot exceed the
points from 400 cycles per pay period. If you maintain this volume over 4 weeks, you will be
entitled to the MaxOut which gifts you a free
position at the bottom of your Strong team. This allows you to build up volume for when
you are ready to come back and work with this
team, and of course more importantly gets that entire team fired up and excited you will
come back to work with them even though
they are your strong team!
Gold membership is valid for 12 months and
can be renewed for a further 12 months for
€35.00 excl. VAT, once a year.

IQ-Game
All Team Partners can also buy Voucher for the
IQ-Game, for €10.00 each.
With a voucher, a member can take part in the
IQ-Test AND earn in the team component of the commission plan for that pay period. If you
have not bought any vouchers for the pay
period, you will not take part in the IQ-Test or be awarded any points from your Team
Partners’ gaming turnover. This means that
your earnings will include only your own cashback and Fast Start Bonus of your 1st
generation.
At the end of each pay period the winners will
be announced from all the vouchers bought
during the pay period, and 50% of the IQ-Test turnover will be distributed among them based
on the tier they have won. A further 30% of
the IQ-Test turnover will be divided among the
points awarded in the IQ-Game and credited to
members. The remaining 20% of the gaming
turnover is retained by Lopoca as a
contribution to margins. The IQ-Game is not
subject to cashback.
General Information 5% of Lopoca Ltd.’s profits go to charity. The first charity selected is Bettina Landgrafe e.V.’s
Madamfo Ghana project.
Lopoca does not attract new users using
traditional advertising or other costly
marketing activities. The money saved is paid out in commissions to the Team Partners who
take the time to spread the word about
Lopoca’s unique concept that allows you to be rewarded, by sharing the opportunity to not
only play in one of the most advanced online
gaming platforms on the internet, but to be rewarded as if you own your own share of
Lopoca’s gaming platform.
Lopoca is aware that for some people gaming
can be associated with adverse consequences
(keyword “gambling addiction”). We want to inform our users of this risk and therefore try
to prevent unhealthy gaming. Safety
mechanisms in our system show us users at an increased risk for gambling addiction. Lopoca
will react to players at an increased risk of gambling addiction using targeted steps, up to
and including a ban.
Spending limit: as an additional measure to
prevent gambling addiction, we have
introduced an annual payment limit of €5000 for individual players and individual Team
Partner. If a player or Team Partner would like
to increase his/her annual spending limit, he/she must provide us with proof of income.
His/Her individual spending limit will then be
set at a maximum of 10% of his/her annual net income.

Glossary LOPOCA gaming platform: An Internet
platform for gaming (www.lopoca.com),
operated by LOPOCA Gaming Ltd, which is headquartered in Malta, according to a licence
issued in the Republic of Malta.
Team structure: This is based on a simple two-
team structure: one team on the left (the left
leg), and one on the right (the right leg). Because this simple, exciting plan involves just
two teams, Lopoca’s Partner Programme is easy
to understand and replicate. All Team Partners are incorporated into teams according to their
date of registration and enrollers preference.
The team structure provides information on the position of individual Team Partners and shows
partners the team allocated to them online,
which is important for their earning possibilities.
Team Partner: An individual who has paid a
membership fee and therefore is a part of the Partner Programme.
Player: A user of the LOPOCA gaming platform, who must identify himself/herself in order to
play with real money or in fun mode. Players
can spend money and receive withdrawals via the gaming platform.
Referrer: A player or Team Partner who recommends a new player or a new Team
Partner for enrolment to the gaming platform.
Earning options: Every Team Partner has the
opportunity to earn winnings, which are
essentially subject to income tax and social security contributions, via gaming turnover and
recommendations. The total of all earnings
options used is referred to as earnings. Commission account: Every player and member
has his/her own Commission account on the
gaming platform. This account can only be accessed by him/her. All earnings are credited
to it according to the gaming conditions,
gaming stakes are debited from it up to the existing credited funds, and income is credited
to it at the end of each pay period.
Player’s/Team Partner’s own gaming turnover:
Turnover from gaming stakes, or payments
through the gaming platform or winnings or earnings credited to each player’s or member’s
commission account.
Pay period/cycle: The period for which the
electronic pay system pays the earnings
achieved by each member and credits the Commission account accordingly. The pay
period is generally 7-8 days long.
Player’s/Team Partner’s own cashback: Every
player and every Team Partner receives a 7.88%
share of the contribution to margins paid out as cashback on his/her own gaming turnover
from games played (Sports Betting, Casino).
This is credited to his/her Commission account.
The player or member can use this credit to
request a withdrawal or place a stake in the
games.
Contribution to margins: The basis for
calculation of commissions for Team Partners is equal to the proceeds of the gaming operator
(Lopoca Gaming Ltd) less donations to charity.
Nugget Game: The Nugget Game is the Lopoca
product that makes Lopoca stand out from the
rest. Lopoca’s Nugget Game is a game in which Team Partners and Player can buy and sell
Nuggets online, and the value of these Nuggets
is determined by them. Any single Team Partner/Player can buy Nuggets up to € 5000
per year using external funds.
AutoShip: Automatic ordering of vouchers for
the IQ-Game.
Number of points: See definition in the Points chapter.
Qualifying order: An order placed for at least 1
point of volume in each period. Most easily
accomplished by purchasing a voucher in each of the 4 monthly periods, OR purchasing an
IMS subscription for the month.
Active: means a paid initial Gold Team Partner Package or after this year a paid annual fee.
Qualified: means a valid IQ-Voucher order for the relevant commission period.
1st Generation: All new Team Partners who
have purchased a Lopoca membership on the basis of a direct recommendation by Team
Partner X (the referrer) are known as 1st
generation from the point of view of the
referrer (Team Partner X in the chart below), regardless of their status in the Partner
Programme.
2nd Generation: All new Team Partners who
have purchased a Lopoca membership on the basis of a direct recommendation by a 1st
generation Team Partner (the referrer) are
known as 2nd generation from the point of
view of Team Partner X in the chart below, regardless of their status in the Partner
Programme.
