PARTNERSHIP TERMSApplications with payments will be time stamped on the date received and awarded on an availability basis. The partnering company agrees that all provisions are part

of a formal contract for Partnership and a signature is required. It is the responsibility of the partnering company to provide production-ready e-blasts and print/ship

inserts for conference bag, should these apply to the selected level of partnership. Logos received after February 1, 2020 are not guaranteed to appear in the conference

program. Full payment must be received within 10 business days. Please note that no cancellations or refunds are given once payments are received.

a “pop-up” meeting room. Meeting pods have seating for four and will be placed in
