TERMS & CONDITIONSCONFIRMATIONTo secure the reservation, a complete booking form must be sent to Crafty’s Management (events@craftys.com.au) as well as a signed copy of the Terms & Conditions with required deposit paid. Any tentative reservations without a booking form provided will be cancelled after 3 days.

FINAL NUMBERSFinal guest numbers for any catering are to be confirmed 7 days prior to the event and any decrease in numbers within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the cost of catering. Any additional guests after this period will need to be approved by Crafty’s Management and are not guaranteed. MENUMenu choices will be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the event in order for Crafty’s to prepare for the catering. Any dietary requirements should be provided at this time as well. We will endeavour to cater for all dietary requirements on the day of your event. CANCELLATIONSAny cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date will incur a 20% fee of the total catering amount booked to the credit card provided. Deposit will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no show. TIMINGAll events within Crafty’s Harbour Town are to adhere to the opening times of the venue. A start and end time will be confirmed prior to the event with Management as per the booking form. To allow for the best experience for yourself and your guests, the allocated time will be adhered to and any alterations will need to be confirmed at the managers discretion. EXCESSIVE NOISENoise restrictions are to be adhered to as per Crafty’s Harbour Town Management. PAYMENTFull payment must be received by the conclusion of the event. All outstanding charges will be held against the credit card provided upon booking. In the event of private hire, a $500 deposit will be held on the credit card provided. GUEST RESPONSIBILITYBy signing the terms and conditions you agree that you are responsible for any damages incurred by yourself and your guests during the event. Crafty’s Harbour Town is not responsible for the theft or damage of belongings of you or your guests. VENUE RESPONSIBILITYCrafty’s Harbour Town Management adhere to the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Patrons showing signs of intoxication or disorderly behaviour will be refused service and will be asked to leave the premises. Management has the right to exercise regulatory conditions at any time during your event if it is believed that the alcohol consumption rate is excessive
