DESCRIPTION

As part of the course called “Participatory Innovation”, a group of students from the programmes IT Product Design and Innovation & Business from the University of Southern of Denmark are working on a project that aims to IMPROVE NEWCOMERS EXPERIENCE IN SØNDERBORG. The project has around 8 weeks of duration and uses techniques as “Cultural Probes” (borrowed from the Etnography field of study) to avoid “taked-for-granted” assumptions and truly understand the dificulties that newcomers need to face when they come to Sønderborg. It also considers that there is no better way of developing meaningful solutions without inviting the “users” to think and brainstorm together.

We arePer nasso

The personas are archetypes built after a preceding observation of the potential users.

Each persona is based on a fictional character whose profile gathers up the features of an existing social group. In this way the personas assume the attributes of the groups they represent: from their social and demographic characteristics, to their own needs, desires, habits and cultural backgrounds.
