Do not kink, twist, knot or abrade hose. Do not wrap hose around body. Keep hose away from hot surfaces and/or chemicals. Keep children away from work areas. WARRANTY LEGACY MANUFACTURING COMPANY (“LEGACY”) warrants that this equip- ment will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years ( except ninety days for hose and normal wear items such as seals, etc. ) from date of purchase, under normal use. LEGACY’S sole obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, free of charge, any equipment that proves to be defective under normal conditions and use according to the recom- mendations of LEGACY. To obtain repair or replacement, the equipment must be shipped to a LEGACY authorized Warranty and Service Center during the warranty period, transportation charges prepaid, with proof of date of purchase. In the event of repair or replacement, the warranty period shall not be extended beyond the original warranty period. FOR WALL OR OVERHEAD INSTALLATION : 1. Change the layering guide bracket position by removing the two bolts where the layering guide bracket bolts to the side of the mounting base. 2. Reattach the layering guide bracket using the same bracket end hole and the third hole in the side of the mounting base. Tighten bolts securely. Locking Drum To prevent hose from unwinding when transporting the reel: 1. Make sure hose is completely retracted onto drum. 2. Loosen locking knob located on the right side of reel. 3. Slide knob assembly over flats on axle. 4. Tighten locking knob OPERATION: HOSE LAYERING GUIDE: Using the hose layering guide will help reduce hose tangles by distributing the hose evenly during hose rewinding. Place one hand on the hose layering guide and slide it back and forth while retracting the hose. The hose layering guide may be removed if desired by removing the hose stopper and retracting hose through the layering guide. Replace the hose stopper on the hose. 2. WINDING HANDLE: Attach winding handle to the handle lever to axle at side of hose reel and tighten securely. 3. BENCH, WALL, OR TRUCK MOUNTING: For mounting to wall or bench surface, mount reel using the four outer holes in the mounting base. Mounting fasteners not included. Reel can be mounted to truck with or without support legs. 4. MOBILE USE: Fasten the support legs so the shorter end of each leg is toward the back of reel. • Use four short bolts (included). Insert bolts first through the recesses on bottom of support legs, then through outer pair of holes in reel mounting base. Secure with lock nuts. • Use two long bolts (included). Insert bolts through handle bolt holes and then through center holes in mounting base. Secure with lock nuts under reel base plate. • Fit grip to free end of carry handle. 5. USING GROUND STAKES: (Stand-alone position) • Four large holes (capped) are provided at the ends of the support legs for use with ground stakes (not included) to reduce movement when placing reel on ground. ASSEMBLY: 1. HOSE CONNECTIONS: Use thread-sealing tape (not included) to prevent air leaks. • Attach swivel to female fitting on side of hose reel opposite handle lever. • Attach lead-in hose to swivel.     OPERACIÓN:Guía para enrollar la manguera: El uso de la guía para enrollar la manguera ayudará a reducir los enredos de la manguera distribuyendo la manguerauniformemente durante el enrollado. Coloque una mano sobre la guía para enrollar la manguera y deslícela ha-cia uncostado y otro mientras retrae la manguera. La guía para enrollar la manguera se puede extraer si se de-sea extrayendo el retén de la manguera y retrayendo la manguera a través de la guía para enrollar la manguera. Reemplace el retén dela manguera sobre la manguera.

    PARA INSTALACIÓN EN LA PARED O TECHO:1. Cambie la posición del carrete de la guía para enrollar la manguera quitandolos dos tornillos de la parte en que el carrete de la guía para enrollar queda ator-nillado a la base. 2. Vuelva a fijar el carrete de la guía para enrollar la manguera usando la mismaperforación del extremo del carrete y la ter cera perforación en el costado de labase. Apriete bien los tornillos.

    Inmovilización del tamborCómo prevenir que la manguera se desenrede mientras trans-porta el carrete:1. Asegúrese de que la manguera esté completamente

    retraída en el tambor.2. Afloje la perilla de inmovilización colocada

    en el costado dere cho del carrete.3. Deslice la perilla sobre el costado plano en el eje.4. Apriete la perilla de inmovilización.

    GARANTÍALEGACY MANUFACTURING COMPANY (“LEGACY”) garantiza durante el período de dos años (a menos que noventa días para la manguera y artículos normales del desgaste tales como sellos, etc.) a partir de la fecha de la compra, bajo uso normal. La única obligación de LEGACY según esta garantía se limita a sustituir o reparar, sin costo alguno, cualquier equipo que se haya comprobado estar defectuoso bajo condiciones normales de uso según las recomendaciones hechas por LEGACY. Con el fin de reparar o sustituir dicho equipo, el equipo deberá ser enviado a un Centro de Servicio y Garantía LEGACY autorizado durante la vigencia de la garantía, el costo de los fletes pagados, acompañado del comprobante de compra con la fecha de adquisición. En caso de una reparación o sustitución, el periodo de garantía no deberá extenderse más allá del periodo original de su vigencia.

    Manguera de 9 mm (3/8 pulg) x 30 m (100 pies) y guía de la manguera

    CUIDADO: Inspeccione la manguera antes de suutización. No exceda la presión de trabajo de 300 PSI.No tuerza, doble, anude o desgaste la manguera. Noenrolle la manguera alrededor del cuerpo. Mantenga lamanguera alejada de las superfi cies calientes y/o losproductos químicos. Mantenga alejados a los infantes delas áreas de trabajo.

    2. ASA DE ENROLLADO: Fije elasa de enrollado a la palan cadel asa en el lado del carretede la manguera y apriete confi rmeza.3. INSTALACIÓN EN BANCO DE TRABAJO, MURO OCAMIONETA: Para la instalación en la pared o la superfi cie de un banco de trabajo, monte el carrete utilizandolas cuatro perforaciones exteriores de la placa basedel carrete. No se incluyen los sujetadores necesarios.El carrete se puede montar en el camión con o sin laspatas de apoyo.4. USO PORTÁTIL: Apriete las patas de apoyo de maneraque el extremo más corto de cada pata esté colocadoen la parte posterior del carrete.• Utilice cuatro tornillos cortos (incluidos). Inserte lostornillos primero a través de las ranuras de la parteinferior de las patas de soporte, y luego a través delpar de perforaciones exteriores de la placa base delcarrete. Sujételos con las contratuercas.
